Loved the spacious balcony with garden view. Coffee served in the outdoor lounge area was a delightful touch. Free Wi-Fi was a great way to distract myself from the lackluster breakfast.

The value for money at Marieta-Giannis was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just a minute away from the beach and attractions, yet still quiet and calm. The staff treated us with kindness and were extremely helpful throughout our stay.
Hotel breakfast could be improved with more variety.

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation in Faliraki and had a fantastic experience. The owners of the hotel, Marieta and her husband, were incredibly welcoming and made our stay truly special. They always had a smile on their faces and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. In fact, when we mentioned needing a baby potty, they actually bought a new one for our little one. Their kindness and generosity were truly heartwarming. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and parking was never a problem due to their large parking lot. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and the atmosphere was magical, thanks to Marieta and her family. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation if you're looking for a warm and welcoming experience in Faliraki.

We stayed at Marieta-Giannis for a week and had a wonderful time. The hosts, Marieta and her family, were incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was always clean and had a great air conditioning system for the hot Greek nights. We also loved the convenient, shaded parking and the spacious balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main beach, taverns, supermarkets, and even some nightlife. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Faliraki. Many thanks from Slovakia!
I do recommend this hotel.

However, there were a couple of positive aspects worth mentioning. the staff members were friendly and welcoming, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Lastly, there was one advantage that I enjoyed, and that was the option of having a continental breakfast served daily.
There were several negative aspects that overshadowed these few positive points. The room was extremely small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to stay in for an extended period of time.

We had an amazing time at Marieta-Giannis in Greece. the hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with A/C, perfect for the summer heat. the location was excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. the hosts, Marieta and Giannis, were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they served a delicious breakfast every morning. It was also convenient to have a bus stop and car rental nearby for exploring the island. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to have a fantastic time in a great location. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property. 😊.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sun and sea. the close proximity to the bus station makes it convenient for exploring the rest of Rhodes island.
The hotel may not be the best choice for families with children, as the rooms are on the smaller side.
